About the role
- Join our Team as a Land Acquisition Analyst in Indianapolis, IN!
- Thompson Thrift is an integrated, full-service real estate company engaged in the development, construction, leasing, and management of high-quality multifamily communities nationwide.
- Working under the guidance of experienced development professionals, you'll assist with market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and site analysis to help determine the feasibility and value of potential acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models used to evaluate development opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for company leadership, investors, and lending partners.
- Support development team members throughout the land acquisition and underwriting process.
- Travel to project sites and meetings with internal and external stakeholders as needed to support land acquisition and development activities.
- You'll work alongside experienced development professionals to evaluate potential land opportunities and support the early stages of projects that shape thriving communities nationwide.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- no prior professional experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of economic indicators and their impact on real estate valuation.
