About the role
- Oversee daily operations of OPWDD-approved Day Hab programs, ensuring alignment with state regulations and organizational standards.
- Monitor and report on program outcomes, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized service plans (ISPs) that promote participant growth and independence.
- Supervise, train, and support program staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling to optimize program effectiveness.
- Coordinate with families, caregivers, and external agencies to support participants' needs and goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing OPWDD Day Hab programs or similar services.
