About the role

- This is a hybrid role with a minimum in office requirement of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Perform billing functions for assigned client portfolios.
- Partnering with Project Leads to review and finalize invoices.
- Support month-end close activities and revenue reporting.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to improve financial processes.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, business rules, and system configurations.
- AI-generated billing summaries for Project Leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with tools such as:
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and workflow automation.
- Education
- Experience
- 3-7 years supporting financial operations, billing operations, revenue operations, or financial systems within a professional services organization.
- Experience working with Time & Materials billing.
- Experience creating Tableau dashboards and business intelligence reporting.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

Compensation
- $100,000 - $120,000 USD
