About the role

  • Essential Functions: Serve as the main point of contact for the Owner, Engineer, and Architect.
  • Oversee the project to make all critical project decisions.
  • Estimating and Preconstruction: Effectively assist with estimating, scheduling, and interviewing for project pursuits.

Responsibilities

  • To build up our communities, our clients and each other by building trust in everything we do.
  • Promotes the company mission statement by joining the Senior Project Manager (SPM) and Superintendent to form a team who collaborate to create a safe work environment, build a quality project, and keep projects on schedule while earning a fair and reasonable profit.
  • Develop project site specific SOAR Orientation document.
  • Soar Implementation (if allowing other Harper staff to conduct orientations ensure proper message and execution of the document.)
  • Develop and manage - takes the lead - on project QAQC (has passion).

Nice to have

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Includes 5 plus years as an APM.

Skills

  • Coordinate a 3dD design for conflicts.
  • Coordinate a 3D design layout in the field.
  • Utilize BIM Glue and Navisworks software when appropriate to assist in the BIM process on a project.
  • Proven track record of a strong safety culture on the jobsite - is a leader in safety.
  • Understands construction means and methods for all scopes of work.
  • OSHA 30 certified.
  • Demonstrates a thorough and detailed understanding of:
  • General Conditions.
