About the role

The People Ops Specialist is highly skilled in communication and administration.
This role handles written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality.
may also include but are not limited to partnering with the Payroll team, managing HRIS data and reporting, organizing new hire training sessions and events, assisting with the annual open enrollment process, and processing employee separations.

Maintains internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. ACA filings, nondiscrimination testing, etc.).

This position is in office and candidates must be located in Austin, Texas.
