- The Basics Location: Preference is to be by one of our offices in Swedesboro, NJ, Portland, ME or a remote option.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, cross-client email templates and campaigns using HTML and CSS
- Maintain reusable, modular components and scalable template systems
- Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript and conditional logic
- Build and manage Data Extensions
- Support data validation, segmentation accuracy, and list hygiene processes
- Collaborate to design and deploy A/B tests and optimization strategies
- Support deliverability best practices and issue resolution
- Translate marketing requirements into efficient, scalable technical builds
- Partner with Marketing, Data Automation, and Business Intelligence to support roadmap priorities
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of email development experience
- Strong proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions
- Familiarity with APIs or triggered send configurations
- Working knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Experience supporting B2B, B2C, or subscription lifecycle programs
Nice to have
- 2+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and SFMC Certification(s) preferred
Compensation
- The target base pay range for this position is $90K-$105K base plus an annual bonus commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications.
