Building Maintenance Staff duties
Handyman with wall painting
Repair skills
Plumbing skills
Electricity operation knowledge
Assign work orders to staff; monitor progress and results.
Monitor, control and report on the energy conservation programs.
Responsible for all life/safety systems including fire, elevators, disasters and emergency lighting and generating systems.
Maintain all motors and control circuits.
Arrange for proper trash removal and recycling.
Purchase equipment and supplies. Maintain pars.
