Responsibilities
- Support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under guided supervision.
- Coordinate with engineering team members, partners, and suppliers (where applicable) to facilitate the convergence of efforts, guide implementation, provide engineering assurance, and deliver high-quality engineering work products.

- Apply systems thinking and take a holistic approach to solve problems, analyze and design systems, considering the interdependencies and interactions between various components.
Requirements
- Perform work in accordance with X-energy quality assurance procedures to ensure engineering products meet required standards.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering, or other engineering related discipline from an ABET accredited institution required.
- Zero years of experience in an engineering role required.
- Typically, three years of experience in an engineering role required.
- Previous experience at X-energy exceeding performance standards may be in lieu of years of experience.
- Typically, five years of experience in an engineering role required.

- Experience managing requirements with JAMA
- Experience managing workflows with JIRA
- Engineering procedure development
- ASEP (Associate Systems Engineering Professional)
- CSEP (Certified Systems Engineering Professional)

Compensation

- Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them.
