Responsibilities
- Analyzes area performance results to drive continuous improvement activities that meet or exceed safety, productivity, quality, and uptime goals.
- Performs daily 5S audits to maintain an optimal, safe floor.
- Driven to help teams look at challenges differently and successfully implement new, optimized production paradigms.
- Quality & Engineering: Oversees ultimate product quality, designs/develops assembly operations for new production lines, and relentlessly improves existing processes for peak efficiency.
- Performance & Metrics: Analyzes area performance results to drive continuous improvement activities that meet or exceed safety, productivity, quality, and uptime goals.
Requirements
- Systems & Software: Ability to work efficiently within ERP systems, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred (ideally in an engineering or technical discipline).
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
- Practical experience with Lean methodologies such as 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, and Value Stream Mapping preferred.

Compensation
- $82,500 - $100,000 / year (Depending on experience)
