Analyzes area performance results to drive continuous improvement activities that meet or exceed safety, productivity, quality, and uptime goals.
Performs daily 5S audits to maintain an optimal, safe floor.
Driven to help teams look at challenges differently and successfully implement new, optimized production paradigms.
Quality & Engineering: Oversees ultimate product quality, designs/develops assembly operations for new production lines, and relentlessly improves existing processes for peak efficiency.
Performance & Metrics: Analyzes area performance results to drive continuous improvement activities that meet or exceed safety, productivity, quality, and uptime goals.

Systems & Software: Ability to work efficiently within ERP systems, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor's degree preferred (ideally in an engineering or technical discipline).
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
Practical experience with Lean methodologies such as 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, and Value Stream Mapping preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic Assembly Supervisor to join our leadership team in North Billerica, MA.
In this role, your priorities will be beautifully balanced between ensuring production objectives are met, driving continuous improvement, and actively developing your team members so they can grow in their careers.
The ideal candidate brings a product engineering background and a natural focus on managing quality, workflow, and strategic vendor/customer relations.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary Range: $82,500 - $100,000 / year (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
