Responsibilities
- Manage provider calendars, IDT meeting assignments, on-call schedules, and other scheduling.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, intake, admissions, and other departments to ensure timely provider response to patient care needs.
- Support providers with daily operational processes, including documentation, electronic systems, timekeeping, mileage reporting, and e-prescribing.
- Regulatory Compliance & Patient Care Support
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and physician services standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual departmental records, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with Physician Services leadership to implement new systems and workflows.
- Support productivity goals while helping ensure providers can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare, medical practice, or physician office setting.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating activities in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of provider scheduling, healthcare operations, and regulatory requirements.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have
- Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Experience supervising or leading administrative staff, preferred.
Compensation
- The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position.
