About the role

  • Eligible candidates hired into qualifying FULL-TIME positions at participating Kauaʻi clubhouses may qualify for a temporary monthly stipend.
  • Must reside 20+ miles from assigned clubhouse.
  • This role focuses on fostering meaningful relationships with youth while maintaining a safe, structured, and inclusive Clubhouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive, supportive relationships with youth and families
  • Support Club events, outreach efforts, and community engagement activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality youth programming
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth preferred
  • Valid driver's license preferred
