About the role
- You will be responsible for preparing and staging high-quality components that our robots then assemble with surgical precision.
- This isn't just prep; it's culinary engineering.
Responsibilities
- Human-Robot Collaboration: Seamlessly operate and load automated bowl-building units, monitoring robot performance and following software-guided protocols for reloading and staging.
- Inventory & Analytics: Maintain meticulous inventory logs and track food waste through our digital platform, ensuring the kitchen is always stocked for peak demand.
- Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you'll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer's success.

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience.
- Interest in working in an automated kitchen environment - no robotics experience required, we train.
- In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
