About the role
- Research new and innovative curriculum development practices
- Ensure the effective implementation, evaluate the effectiveness post implementation, and make recommendations for improvements
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles
Responsibilities
- Develop recommendations for future programs and/or revisions to existing programs to ensure the overall quality of training programs and initiatives
- Manage service agreements with external partners
- Maintain training materials, program guides; ensure latest versions are referenced
- Current and relevant knowledge of instructional design process
Requirements
- Perform other related duties as required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Apply instructional design methodologies in the creation of learning experiences and assessments
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferably with a focus on Instructional Design, educational technology or adult learning
- Experience with immersive, digital and mobile- enabled learning technologies
