About the role

Your role involves creating welcoming environments by handling laundry, restocking amenities, maintaining hot tubs (training provided), and identifying any maintenance needs or damages.
This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in attention to detail and wants to directly impact guests' vacation experiences by delivering pristine, comfortable homes.
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.
Maintain hot tubs as needed
Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.
We're in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.

Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Reliable transportation required.

$20 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

You'll professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental, performing thorough cleaning including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and moving furniture to ensure every surface sparkles.

Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!
