About the role

The candidate's core responsibilities are to be able to work in a warehouse environment efficiently and safely in order to provide the FAB with materials to meet the company's goals.

Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspection, warehousing, stores, equipment, supplies and mail
Fill orders and issue materials, tools, and supplies per requests; document transactions appropriately
Perform cycle counts and physical inventories
Perform daily inspections of material handling equipment
Perform within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and support and participate on the Emergency Response team
This role supports a 24/7 manufacturing environment and requires working assigned shifts, which may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules, based on operational needs.

Experience. minimum 3-4 years relevant warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics experience
Ability to effectively and safely operate Company Vehicles (Non-CDL)

Familiar with Lean Processes - 6s and Kaizan processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Experience with troubleshooting and structured problem-solving techniques
$37,500.00 - $63,000.00

Basic reading, writing and counting comprehension skills

Physical Capacity Demands:
Ability to work in a standing position for >85% of a 12-hour shift (excluding breaks)
Ability to walk on uneven surfaces for >85% of a 12-hour shift
Ability to lift, pull, and/or carry at least 50 pounds periodically throughout the shift
Ability to utilize computer (typing, visual screen time) for >85% of a 12-hour shift (excluding breaks)

Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock or reorganize storage
Order, purchase and recommend additions or deletions to standard stock items within established procedures and limits
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Prioritize work assignments based upon service commitment to customers and business need
