About the role
- Supervise employees and provide for work to be performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), work instructions, and company policies.
- Monitor operation of manufacturing equipment (printing, finishing) for optimal performance and make immediate notification of deficiencies and failures.
- Train employees to produce products conforming to customer specifications and meeting production schedule while minimizing overtime

Requirements
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the position with reasonable accommodation, if required.
- High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED
- Minimum 8 years of relevant printing experience and/or manufacturing experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and stoop for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Utilize ERP system (Seradex) and Quality Management System (Intelex) to provide the required performance and quality data.
Nice to have
- Bachelors degree/some college preferred.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
