Responsibilities
- Our Themed Entertainment & Hospitality team partners with world-class clients to create immersive environments that spark imagination, inspire connection, and bring stories to life, designing attractions, destinations, and experiences that captivate guests of all ages.
- Blending creativity with technical excellence, we transform bold ideas into unforgettable places, guided by a shared belief that great design should be selfless: built for the guest, not the ego.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery while balancing design excellence, technical quality, schedule, and budget.
- Experience building trusted client relationships and successfully managing multiple concurrent projects.
- A collaborative leadership style and a passion for delivering immersive environments that create memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- initiate timely conversations with the client and project team, and obtain formal approval for any additional services required.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project (or similar), AIA Contracts, and Deltek Vantagepoint.
Compensation
- $110k-$155k
