About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to plan, coordinate, develop, and implement the DPT student coaching program.
  • Establishes and maintains program infrastructure for coaching delivery, student tracking, documentation, and outcome assessment.
  • Coordinates coaching activities among faculty, peer coaches, and university support personnel within the program framework.
  • Assists in the evaluation of coaching program effectiveness and recommends modifications to program design, delivery, and resources.
  • Coordinates onboarding and transition support for incoming cohorts.
  • Facilitates communication among students, faculty advisors, and program leadership regarding student support needs.
  • Coordinates remediation workflows and documentation for students requiring support.
  • Maintains confidential documentation of progression concerns, intervention plans, and outcomes in compliance with FERPA and institutional requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Accreditation Support - 15%
  • Collects, maintains, analyzes, and reports student success, retention, progression, and remediation data in support of CAPTE accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Compensation

  • The target base annual salary range is $49,000 up to $68,330.50 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
