Responsibilities
- Mentorship and Team Development Mentors Associates, sharing knowledge and helping them build technical and client skills Delegates task-level work to Associates and reviews it for quality, without formal management authority Models SRG's standards and Show Up Daily commitment for less-experienced team members 6.

Compensation
- $75,000.00 to $101,000.00 USD per year (United States)
