Responsibilities
- Build what matters
- Design, implement, and maintain product features with a focus on usability, reliability, and quality.
- Own features and projects from implementation through deployment while partnering with teammates to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
- Collaborate closely
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to understand customer needs and deliver meaningful improvements.
- Continue developing your technical expertise, product thinking, and understanding of customer needs while expanding your impact across the business.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of professional software development experience
Nice to have
- Have experience in a startup, small-team, or entrepreneurial environment where ownership, initiative, and adaptability were expected (strongly preferred)
Compensation
- $100,000-$130,000, depending on experience
