Responsibilities

  • You won't just manage a program-you'll shape it.
  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for the Skilled Trades Academy
  • Build and grow employer relationships across skilled trades industries
  • Deliver briefings and webinars to drive program awareness and enrollment
  • Support participants throughout their journey-from application to placement
  • Create clear, executive-ready updates and impact storytelling
  • Someone who wants to build something meaningful, is energized by people and partnerships, can operate at both a strategic and execution level, and cares deeply about supporting the military community.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or workforce programs
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and virtual platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and a self-starter mentality

Nice to have

  • Experience working with the military community or transition programs
  • Familiarity with DoD SkillBridge
  • Exposure to skilled trades (union or non-union environments)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
