Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional operational projects from planning through implementation.
- Partner with the Director of Operations to execute Beckett's highest-priority strategic initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, communication plans, and implementation strategies.
- Drive accountability by tracking project milestones, following up on action items, and ensuring successful completion of initiatives.
- Anticipate project risks and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Act on behalf of the Director of Operations to coordinate initiatives, facilitate meetings, gather information, and drive execution across departments.
- Research operational challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, executive summaries, and operational scorecards that support leadership decision-making.
- Build staffing models, workload forecasts, business cases, and ROI analyses for operational initiatives.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders to support process improvements and technology enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, Program Management, Process Improvement, or a related field.
- Ability to influence and coordinate work across teams without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
- Experience working within manufacturing, production, fulfillment, logistics, or operations environments is preferred.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or Operational Excellence methodologies is a plus but not required.

- Develop meaningful operational reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $68,000-$75,000 Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
