About the role
- The Group Manager oversees multiple retail store locations to ensure operational excellence, sales growth, and exceptional guest service.
- This role provides leadership and accountability to store leaders, driving profitability, team development, and customer satisfaction in alignment with uBreakiFix by Asurion's Core Values and business goals.
- Oversee daily operations, sales, and performance of 2-3 store locations within the assigned region
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop store leaders to drive consistent execution and results
- Drive recruitment, staffing, and engagement strategies to meet business needs
- Use performance data to develop targeted action plans and improvements
- Partner with senior leadership on reporting, business reviews, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain high repair quality standards and compliance with technical procedures
Requirements
- 3-5 years of multi-unit retail or equivalent leadership experience
- Hands-on technical repair experience with smartphones, computers, or game consoles required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
- The ideal candidate has hands-on repair experience with smartphones, computers, and game consoles, enabling them to support repair quality, performance standards, and customer trust.
Compensation
- $50,000 - $60,000+ annually, depending on store performance
