- The successful candidate will work closely with senior litigators on a broad range of civil disputes, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, employment matters, real estate and landlord-tenant disputes, professional liability, and general civil controversies in both state and federal courts.
- include drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, affidavits, and other court submissions; conducting legal research and analysis; managing discovery; preparing deposition materials; assisting with hearings and trials; handling electronic filings; maintaining litigation calendars and deadlines; and communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
