- This team is responsible for creating scaled-down batteries from our electrode process teams and delivering consistent production centered around the latest advancements of our internal testing efforts.
- The team works on scaling, stabilizing, and continuously improving processes to fulfill our internal demand.
- You will contribute to the creation and evolution of lean manufacturing processes and work closely with technicians to improve quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Production Oversight: Lead the shift production team to ensure all production targets are met efficiently and that team follows all required protocols and standards
- 5+ years of experience working in an R&D assembly or manufacturing environment
