About the role
- The Associate Sales Representative is an entry-level, non-commissioned development role.
- This is a hybrid role based in Boca Raton.
- The expected schedule is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with home-based work on Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities
- Identify new prospects, develop pipeline, close new sales, and meet or exceed monthly revenue objectives.
- Call on leads supplied by the Marketing Lead Generation team.
- Work with a mentor and manager to develop strategies for new business opportunities, account management responsibilities, and prospect sourcing and research
Requirements
- Professional sales experience is desirable but not required for this early-career opportunity.
Compensation
- $36,700 - $61,300.
- Total Target Cash Range: $56,500 - $94,500.
- Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
