About the role
- This is a cross-functional program management role.
- You are Reframe's risk management and decision-forcing layer across all active construction projects.
- Your job is to make sure the right people have the right information at the right time - and that risks surface weeks before they become expensive surprises.
Responsibilities
- Interface with team leads across Design, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement to understand requirements, constraints, and dependencies
- Drive execution: track progress, surface blockers, hold teams accountable to commitments
- Maintain the cross-project schedule in Jira/BigGantt, integrating timelines across all functions
- Track long-lead procurement items against schedule
- Manage project priority stack across all verticals and flag when priorities need to shift
- Triage issues raised across functions; route to the correct lead; ensure nothing is unowned
Requirements
- 6+ years of cross-functional program management in a hardware, manufacturing, or operations-intensive environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate schedule risks proactively - not reactively
- Experience with Jira, BigGantt, or equivalent project tracking tooling
- Comfort with AI-assisted workflows
- Familiarity with modular/prefab construction, advanced manufacturing, or AEC
