About the role
- Axos Bank Target Range: $25.00/hr. - $30.50/hr.
- Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Responsibilities
- Support PM tasks transitioning to CL Operations
- Collaborate with internal business units, including CRESL/PREF, RELF, and PFG
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

- The Commercial Lending Operations Specialist is responsible for processing draw requests, coordinating required evaluations, and supporting collateral and operational activities within Commercial Lending Operations.
- This role will also assume select responsibilities transitioning from Portfolio Management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in commercial lending operations or financial services preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce/nCino, JHA, UCC processes, or loan operations preferred

- $25.00/hr. - $30.50/hr.
Compensation
- These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
