About the role
- At Decoda Health, we're building the operating system for medical practices. Our platform automates the high-friction work - scheduling, payments, communications, and charting - so providers can focus on patients.
- We are looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer who is equal parts technical expert and customer advocate. You will be the bridge between our platform and the clinics we serve. If you are a personable engineer who loves solving complex problems and making customers happy, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments, from first prototype to stable production.
- Build and maintain high-performance Python-based pipelines and scrapers to extract information from legacy systems.
- Understand their needs, remove blockers early, and guide the adoption of what you build.
Requirements
- Data & Backend: Strong experience in Python with a focus on web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or Playwright).
- Data Systems: Proficiency in data manipulation (Pandas, SQL) and working with PostgreSQL.
- You can translate technical hurdles into clear updates.

- Experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $140,000 CAD.
