About the role
- Next, Haven-1 is expected to become the world's first commercial space station when it launches, followed by additional Haven modules to enable permanent human presence by 2030.

- This will be a full-time, non-exempt position located in our Long Beach location.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation records to support reporting and audits.
- Support manufacturing schedules by ensuring materials are received and delivered on time.
- Partner with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering, and other internal teams to coordinate material movement and support customer delivery requirements.
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor).
Requirements
- 2+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time.

Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hazardous materials shipping certification (49 CFR, IATA, IMDG).
- Experience with aerospace or defense manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance.
- APICS (ASCM) or CSCMP certification.
- Import/Export experience with ITAR and C-TPAT regulations.
- Import/Export regulatory functions experience, including HTS, Schedule B knowledge, Incoterms, ISF filing process, DSP-5, DSP-73, ATA Carnet
- Experience working with NVOs, ocean carriers, drayage companies, freight forwarders, and customs house brokerage firms.
- Familiar with FAR Part 45 and handling of Government Furnished Materials
- Experience using barcode scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory control software.
- Experience operating forklifts, Stand-Up Reach, pallet jack and all associated dock equipment.
