- What You'll Need - Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). - Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based experience conducting IEP-directed therapy and evaluations (post-CFY).
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed, goal-oriented progress reports for each reporting cycle.
- Deliver specialized state-specific services, including AAC support, Pre-K interventions, speech screenings, and SLPA supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Systems that manage billing and documentation workflows, allowing you to prioritize student support and collaboration.
Requirements
- Prior experience with Medicaid billing systems is highly advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
- Thoughtful Student & District Matching: Alignment with your experience, licensure, and expertise to match you with appropriate districts, schools, and student needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide dedicated case management for "Speech Only" students as required.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based experience conducting IEP-directed therapy and evaluations (post-CFY).
- 2+ years of experience is preferred for case management assignments.

Compensation
- This is a 1099 opportunity.
- The exact compensation band is based on the provider's primary service delivery state. Compensation for providers delivering services in:
- CA: $66-$68/hour
- NY, WA: $62-$64/hour
- IL, IN, MA, MO, OR: $56-$58/hour
- CO, ME, MI: $54-$56/hour
