About the role
- This role involves preparing, cooking, and baking a variety of menu items while maintaining high standards.
- Schedule: This is a part time - three (3) - days a week, 25-hours per week position for 38 weeks during the Fall and Spring academic semesters, with a regular schedule of 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- This position will be open until filled, with a first consideration date of August 9, 2026, at 11:59pm.
Responsibilities
- Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the Food Services Assistant supports operations by running serving stations, producing large-quantity meals, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- The ideal candidate will deliver quality food production, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for students, employees and guests.

- Performs cleaning tasks by maintaining sanitation standards, cleaning work areas and ensuring equipment and serving stations are properly maintained.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks to maintain food service work areas, equipment and serving stations.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to obtain a ServSafe Certification during the onboarding process
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.

Skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.

Compensation
