About the role

Responsibilities

  • The Consultant will provide input on assessment findings and recommendations to enhance workforce support throughout DHS.
  • Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will analyze workforce transformation data and analytics, conduct current state assessments, and help design future state recommendations to evolve the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Chief Human Capital Officer's workforce support.
  • Executing project tasks/outputs under the direction of a Lead
  • Supporting the development comprehensive plans to implement program goals, meet requirements, and keep resources on track
  • Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • THREE (3) or more years of experience in strategy, workforce transformation, and/or process improvement, including THREE (3) years of management consulting experience.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Experience consulting for the federal government
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in DHS

Compensation

  • The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00.
