About the role

  • Working closely with Investment Counsellors, you will assist with administrative and project tasks related to client servicing and portfolio management, while gaining valuable exposure to the broader investment management process.
  • This is 4-month internship, with the possibility of extension.
  • We encourage candidates who self-identify as Indigenous to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative tasks related to client servicing, reporting, and account maintenance.
  • Maintain and update client records and contact information within the CRM system.
  • Liaise between internal teams such as compliance, accounting, operations, and marketing to support ongoing initiatives.

Requirements

  • No prior experience in finance is required, just a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful work.
  • For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.

  • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the Private Wealth team as required.
  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a bachelor's degree program.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.
