About the role
- Working closely with Investment Counsellors, you will assist with administrative and project tasks related to client servicing and portfolio management, while gaining valuable exposure to the broader investment management process.
- This is 4-month internship, with the possibility of extension.
- We encourage candidates who self-identify as Indigenous to apply.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks related to client servicing, reporting, and account maintenance.
- Maintain and update client records and contact information within the CRM system.
- Liaise between internal teams such as compliance, accounting, operations, and marketing to support ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
- No prior experience in finance is required, just a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful work.
- For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.

- Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the Private Wealth team as required.
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a bachelor's degree program.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.
