About the role

  • The Industrial Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading large-scale projects including production line relocations, plant layout redesigns, and facility moves.

Responsibilities

  • Implement cost reduction and productivity initiatives
  • Partner with leadership in the execution of production line moves and facility transitions
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Plant Layout & Industrial Design
  • Design optimized plant layouts
  • Support facility planning initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Experience with high impact line moves or facility transformations
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma

Nice to have

  • Six Sigma certification
  • Automotive or heavy manufacturing experience
  • ERP/ MES system experience
  • Plant startup or expansion experience
  • Project leadership
  • Analytical thinking
  • Change management
  • Communication skills
