About the role

Office hours are 9-6pm, exact 5-day work week schedule TBD.
The incumbent will sit, stand or walk around for long periods of time depending on the task and will use standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, software programs) as needed.

Meet the needs of the residents in a timely and courteous manner while ensuring building standards, policies and procedures.
Support the management team with resident relations, move in/out procedures, amenity upkeep and general office matters.
Support the leasing team with renewals, tours, lease applications and social media efforts.
Complete additional projects tasks as assigned About You and What You Offer Minimum of two (2) years of property management experience in a multifamily building environment.
This is a full time, in-person position, based in West Palm Beach FL, floating between to provide leasing support.

Some experience dealing with required laws and regulations regarding property management and multifamily and mix-use buildings in NY.

This position requires regular interaction with others in person and other forms of communication tools.
