About the role
- Evans Roofing Company, Inc. is a national commercial roofing contractor ranked among the top 20 in the country.
- This position plays a key role in preparing accurate estimates to ensure cost-effective and competitive proposals.
- Able to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Review construction documents to determine scope of work and details.
- Occasionally attend pre-bid meetings and/or perform pre-bid site inspections to determine existing conditions.
Requirements
- Computer knowledge with ability to work with Microsoft Office programs.
- If I accept an offer of employment, I will be required to submit to a drug screening before I am hired and at the discretion of the company after I am hired.
- I hereby consent to having the results of any such alcohol or drug screening I may be required to undergo disclosed to the company.
Nice to have
- Experience in the roofing or construction industry is preferred.
- General knowledge of AutoCAD preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Travel Incentives: Additional compensation for assignments requiring overnight stays, with room and board (per diem) provided.
