About the role

  • Overview As a Radiologic Technologist, you understand that your role goes beyond performing diagnostic imaging exams - it is also about creating a positive and reassuring experience for every patient.
  • Through professionalism, compassion, and attention to patient care, you help ensure patients feel respected, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will perform ionizing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in a variety of clinical settings according to physician orders, applying sound judgment in exposure factors, imaging techniques, and patient care practices.

Requirements

  • Licensure Current applicable state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required.
  • Registered Radiological Technologist A.R.R.T. (R) required.
  • Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional patient care and promoting positive outcomes for both patients and care teams.
  • Imaging: Provides quality images with accuracy and efficiency, using optimal skills and knowledge of all equipment.
  • BLS Certification: Personnel providing direct care in patient care and diagnostic areas are required to acquire and maintain BLS for Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Personnel providing direct care in patient care and diagnostic areas are required to acquire and maintain BLS for Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program.
