About the role
- That means making strategic decisions about which tools belong in our stack, how they connect to existing systems, and how staff will be trained and supported as new capabilities are introduced.
- The right candidate stays current of what's happening within the AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead rigorous "Build vs. Buy vs. Partner" evaluations for all components of the AI ecosystem, determining the most efficient path to deliver business value while balancing speed-to-market against long-term technical ownership and scalability.
- Own the technical AI roadmap, sequencing initiatives, managing dependencies, and communicating trade-offs clearly to leadership
- Implement agentic AI solutions that can act, make decisions within defined parameters, and reduce manual intervention across key workflows
- Build and configure multi-step AI workflows and solutions that connect across tools and departments
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions from scoping through deployment, working from recommendations provided by the AI Business Process Analyst
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure solutions integrate cleanly into existing workflows
- Maintain clear documentation on system architecture, tool configurations, and integration dependencies
- Develop and deliver training programs with the help of the AI Business Analyst that help staff understand, trust, and effectively use AI tools in their day-to-day work
- Create accessible resources guides, demos, that meet team members where they are regardless of technical background
Requirements
- A portfolio of AI solutions you have personally built and deployed, with clear evidence of the business impact each delivered
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and tools
- Experience integrating AI tools across existing tech stacks, including CRMs, ad platforms, and analytics systems
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience training or enabling staff on new tools and technologies with patience, structure, and genuine commitment to adoption success
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or AI platform administration
