- As a General Laborer, you will play an important role in safely handling composite lumber products while learning the fundamentals of production, quality, safety, and process operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of tags and report discrepancies to supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support operational excellence through teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- No prior manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Entry-level opportunity with no experience required
Nice to have
- 12-hour rotating shift (2-3-2 schedule)
- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Alternating weekends
- Safely move, handle, and secure composite lumber products and materials.
- Stack finished products according to customer specifications and bundle requirements.
- Label materials accurately by type, size, and quantity.
- Apply identification tags before and after production processes.
- Operate and troubleshoot basic equipment, including staple guns and material handling tools.
