About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple implementation and contract connection projects for Vizient NonAcute clients.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, account executives, and internal business partners.
  • Partner with Account Executives and analysts to review contract, cost, and tier analyses and develop implementation plans.
  • Participate in client meetings to assess implementation needs and support service strategies with Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate client membership records and contract data to support successful implementations and ongoing operational excellence.
  • In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of NonAcute contracts for Vizient clients by coordinating contract connections, analyzing spend and pricing opportunities, and supporting successful onboarding.
  • You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate contract activation, resolve implementation challenges, and deliver exceptional client experience while driving operational efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in healthcare, supply chain, healthcare distribution, or supplier operations required.
  • Experience supporting health system supply chain functions, including materials management, supply expense management, or contract optimization preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
