Responsibilities

  • Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
  • Participate in structured residency program to build independent administrative and clinical skills for first year LABAs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA

Skills

  • The role you would play on our Multi-disciplinary Team
  • LABA Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of standard LABA responsibilities related to case management
  • Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
  • Conduct assessments
  • Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs
  • ABA Residency Program
