Responsibilities
- Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in structured residency program to build independent administrative and clinical skills for first year LABAs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA
Skills
- The role you would play on our Multi-disciplinary Team
- LABA Responsibilities
- Maintenance of standard LABA responsibilities related to case management
- Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
- Conduct assessments
- Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals
- Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs
- ABA Residency Program
