About the role
- We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Fleet Specialist to join our overnight operations team.
- You'll play a critical role in keeping our rideshare fleet clean, safe, and ready to roll every morning.
- This position bridges the gap between our PM and AM operations, ensuring every vehicle is properly received, maintained, and launched without downtime.
Responsibilities
- End-of-Shift Support (PM Close)
- Perform light interior cleaning (vacuuming, wipe-downs) and restock basic supplies.
- Maintain garage cleanliness, tool organization, and inventory of supplies.
- Morning Launch Support (AM Start)
- Administrative Support
- Report and document incidents, driver notes, or missing items.
- Support the operations team with ad-hoc fleet or logistics tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a garage environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Nice to have
- Background in automotive service, fleet operations, or logistics strongly preferred.
