About the role

Will identify problems with workmanship or process damage.
Ensure the quality of produced assemblies by physical and visual inspection to verify characteristic against predetermined specifications, drawings or standards.

Ensures the build and test manufacturing process has been completed

Experience in Mechanical inspection, First Article Inspection and Final Inspection.
Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ( GD&T )
Ability to interpret drawings and part specifications
Minimum of years 1-5 experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment required that includes high customer service experience.
High School diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of relevant experience

Minimum qualifications for Quality Specialist II: 3+ years of relevant experience

Familiarity with AS9100 standards
Familiar with AS9102 First Article Requirements
Experience with CMM
Electrical inspection IPC-610
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes
Involves handling parts in compliance with Electrostatic Discharge Devices (ESD procedures)
