About the role
- Will identify problems with workmanship or process damage.
- Ensure the quality of produced assemblies by physical and visual inspection to verify characteristic against predetermined specifications, drawings or standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the build and test manufacturing process has been completed

Requirements
- Experience in Mechanical inspection, First Article Inspection and Final Inspection.
- Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ( GD&T )
- Ability to interpret drawings and part specifications
- Minimum of years 1-5 experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment required that includes high customer service experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of relevant experience

- Minimum qualifications for Quality Specialist II: 3+ years of relevant experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards
- Familiar with AS9102 First Article Requirements
- Experience with CMM
- Electrical inspection IPC-610
- Working Conditions:
- Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
- May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes
- Involves handling parts in compliance with Electrostatic Discharge Devices (ESD procedures)
Skills
- Conducts visual inspections with high level of accuracy to verify physical
- Proactively communicates errors and systemic trends to the quality organization
- Enters data into software tools
