Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of projects in a versatile, and highly integrated team that works in tandem from design to completion, whilst ensuring safety and quality.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with ownership of construction projects, encompassing technical oversight, project management, delivery, and execution.
  • regional travel flexibility is required.

Compensation

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000, with final compensation determined based on a candidate's experience, technical expertise, and skillset, as well as geographic location.
  • Paid time off per year: We observe 10 public holidays, we offer a minimum of 15 days of vacation, and 5 personal (sick) days are encouraged to be taken (no justification required).
