Responsibilities
- Support site initiatives to drive ZEBS adoption and associate participation (including process experts) through the business.
- Document "best practices" in company and build sharing platform for associates.
- Identify and propose site solutions to minimize and manage resource constraints
- Facilitate and support lean processes in accordance with the organization's Lean Implementation Plan (ZEBS Trainings, Boot Camps, Standard Work, 6S, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Kaizen and Pull Principles).
- Lead ZEBS #CI program through associate participation and prioritizing top opportunities to implement best practices.
- Support Strategy Deployment process by ensuring core deliverables are translated to roadmaps and adherence is maintained.
- Drives Results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
- Manages Complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in a process based environment with assignments in lean/continuous improvement
