About the role

Supports Membership Services departments with season ticket holder account requests.
Provide customer support using the department's shared email inbox.
Support the department with all assigned projects and administrative needs.
This position will support the day-to-day ticket operations for all MSE teams.
This role will focus on the fundamentals of processing ticket orders, distributing tickets, and customer support.
