To own your responsibility to report safety challenges and/or quality problems to management

You are passionate about machine repairs, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, problem diagnosis and you have a technical understanding of machinery.
You enjoy participating in reliability initiatives, opening & closing work orders, training other colleagues.
Because you care, you enjoy providing feedback on machinery performance and learn constantly about new methods.
Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to perform the maintenance activities required of the position.
Innovative, dependable, safety orientated with a proven attendance record.
Capable of effectively performing requirements of the job with a minimum amount of supervision and capable of working alone when necessary or required.
Experience in all aspects of the Industrial Mechanic's trade will be an asset.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to conduct emergency repairs in plant operational areas.
Especially if required by the job to learn Distillery processes and equipment.
