Troubleshoot process problems and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization working closely with Shift Lead and Lead Operator.
Maintain superior housekeeping standards throughout the plant, process and control room areas.
Understand and perform safety responsibilities such as hazard identification, equipment lock-out, emergency response, follow safe work procedures.
Maintain proper documentation including plant log, maintenance records, safety & environment reports, etc.
Track and maintain key performance indicators such as production, downtime and production losses.

Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Ability and confidence to work with minimal supervision and proven strong leadership abilities.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with proven analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
Team player with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for corrective action if required.
4th Class Power Engineering Certificate minimum. 2nd class preferred.
Three or more years of operational experience.
Must live within the Grande Prairie catchment area.
Proficient in use and application of PC programs specifically in Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
open to take on a variety of operational challenges.

4th Class Power Engineering Certificate minimum.
2nd class preferred.
Operational and maintenance experience in gas compression, dehydration and NGL recovery is preferred.
