About the role

  • This is not a traditional project management role.
  • This is a high-accountability execution leadership role responsible for ensuring that products launch seamlessly, campaigns execute without error, and teams operate with clarity, structure, and discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution for:
  • Proactively manage projects end-to-end, identifying risks early and escalating when necessary with clear solutions
  • Manage full NPD lifecycle:

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end new product development and marketing execution
  • Experience in beauty, CPG, or e-commerce preferred
